Download a Compliance Report¶
Polyguard generates a PDF compliance report for every protected meeting. This report provides a formal record of participant identity verification that you can save for your files, share with your compliance team, or attach to a candidate's record in your ATS.
How to download the report¶
- Open the meeting record in the Polyguard Console (Activity > click on the meeting).
- Click the Download Report button at the top of the meeting detail page.
- A PDF file will download to your computer.

What's in the PDF report¶
The compliance report includes:
- Meeting summary — Title, date, time, duration, and organizer.
- Participant list — Every person who joined the meeting.
- Identity verification status — Whether each participant was verified, pending, or unverified at the time of the meeting.
- Verification details — For each verified participant: the verification method used, the timestamp of verification, and the name as it appeared on their identity document.
- Audit trail — A chronological log of identity-related events during the meeting (e.g., when a participant joined, when verification was completed).

Save reports for your records
Download and save compliance reports for each interview as part of your hiring documentation. Some organizations require these for audit and regulatory purposes.
Report availability
Reports are available a few seconds after the meeting ends. All participants have access to reports from every meeting they attended for two years after the meeting, regardless of the status of their Polyguard account.
